firstInterval is a consultancy dedicated to helping businesses, startups and non-profits build momentum fast and thrive online.

2. What makes you unique? A holistic approach to reaching and engaging with your audience/community; personal and approachable service. Competitive web development with appropriate solutions for organisations seeking to leverage their online presence.
3. What kind of clients do you have? Our current clients request holistic web technologist services and one-to-many training and site development. Previous projects have included tech, political advocacy, arts and culture and not-for-profits. Supporting social innovation funds, associations and community organisations also takes a healthy share of client-time.
4. How much do you charge? Fees are based on the size and complexity of the project. With a small client base and an approach that can include open-source content systems which deliver website management back to the client, fees are highly competitive to market rates for freelance, project and training.
5. What kind of business relationship will we have? Flexible, on an as-needed basis. Like a lot of contact or involvement? Or an approach that runs a mile with your idea and delivers great results? Contact us.
With the exception of training services, we prefer single points of contact for a project.
6. How do I pay you? Contract terms are available on request. Payment methods accepted are– check, money order, electronic funds transfer (BACS/EFT), PayPal and others where possible to arrange.
7. How long have you been in business? A fresh approach is possible with firstInterval, established in the UK in mid-2008. Previous freelancing arrangements and web support/development contracts (testimonials available) have been successfully delivered since 2001.
8. Where are you located, and what are your hours? The delivery address for firstInterval is available by request. The company has it’s offices in Cheshire, England with affiliated offices in Australia and New Zealand.
The office is contactable between the hours of 8am – 5.30pm and responses can be delivered by email or instant messaging.
